Every piece of luxury glassware in the Aurora Collection is a mouth-blown and hand-painted work of art. Although it is unlikely, there is a small chance that a defect may be introduced during the crafting process. For this reason, we provide a warranty.
If a piece of your Morven Scotland glassware breaks within one year of your purchase because of such a defect, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Please read the details of this policy below carefully.
For the purposes of this limited glassware warranty policy (“Policy”):
“Company” (also referred to as either “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Policy) refers to Morven Ltd, Morven, 58 James Street, Lossiemouth, Moray, IV31 6B, United Kingdom; and “Purchaser” refers to the original purchaser of the glassware in question.
We are providing this Policy to the Purchaser for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of delivery of the glassware to the Purchaser. This Policy covers any piece of glassware sold by Us.
This Policy solely covers damage (including breakage) to the glassware caused by a defect in the manufacturing of the glassware during normal use, which does not include, among other things, subjecting the glassware to high temperatures, pressure, or impact. This Policy does not cover damage due to any other cause, including but not limited to improper use or care, abuse or misuse, or failure to follow our instructions on caring for your glassware.
In the event that the original glass design (i.e. shape, size, color, or other feature) is discontinued, We will replace the glass with a glass of equivalent or greater value.
In order to claim under this Policy, the Purchaser is required to send an email to email@example.com and may be required to provide evidence of the breakage to Us or to mail the broken glassware to Us for testing and analysis. The Purchaser agrees to mail the glassware in accordance with any and all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of the courier service used. In the event that a claim is deemed valid, We will mail replacement glassware to the Purchaser within two weeks of approving their claim.
Our obligation under this Policy is limited and subject to change without notice. We do not provide any other warranty, express or implied, with respect to the glassware. We reserve the right to cancel the Policy at any time without notice to any Purchaser or any other party.
